Are You Expecting?

Congratulations!

Starting a family is one of life’s most exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—experiences. Having an experienced pediatrician and pediatric practice by your side can help ease many of those concerns.

POBC is here to guide you along the way.

We are honored that you are considering us for your child’s care, and it’s always a special privilege when new parents invite us to be part of their family’s journey. Watching your baby grow and develop into a wonderful child is one of the most rewarding aspects of our work, and we’re proud to offer the continuity of care that makes this journey smoother for both parents and children.

What To Bring

  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
  • Completed new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.

Before Your First Appointment

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting.

You may want to download and fill out our paperwork ahead of time.

When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.
