  • ADHD/ADD Evaluations

Our doctors are trained to do the initial evaluation if you think your child is having problems with focusing and attention.  Please print the Vanderbilt Assessment forms from our website.  Fill out your portion and have the teacher fill out theirs.
Bring these with you to the first visit.  We also continue to treat your child after the initial diagnosis has been made.

  • Sports Physicals

Regular physicals are an important part of preventative pediatric care.  If you've had a well-check with us in the last 12 months, we can complete your sports physical form without another visit.  These regular visits give us a chance to do a full evaluation of your child and not just "fill out a form."  If you find that you have not had a recent physical and are in needs of a sports physical, we can typically accomodate you very quickly
